Tipsy Steer

GCM Construction was the commercial restaurant contractor for Tipsy Steer at multiple locations.


GCM Construction did all three new restaurant projects for Tipsy Steer. One located with the Invictus Brewery, Blaine, MN, completed in 2017. Second location 5000 Hiawatha Ave, Minneapolis, MN completed in 2020. Third location within the new High Pines Brewery, Roseville, MN, completed in 2021.


The Tipsy Steer is a locally owned and managed kitchen. It all begins with their chef-inspired menu showcasing locally sourced beef, dairy, produce and hormone free natural chicken.  Brick oven pizza and fresh hand-pattie burgers will no doubt be the stars of the menu. Also feature a great selection of small plates, appetizers, salads, and street style tacos.
