Greg started GCM in 2005 with the idea of turning it into a renowned commercial construction company. With over 20 years of commercial construction experience, Greg leads GCM Construction as President, overseeing accounting, managing finances, and guiding the office team. He brings a strong background in both construction and small business management.
Operations Manager
Doug has been with GCM since 2018, helping keep daily operations running smoothly to ensure efficiency and productivity. As a Senior Project Manager with over 30 years in construction management, he leads field operations, job costing, contracts, scheduling, code compliance, inspections, and OSHA safety standards.
Senior Estimator
Russ has been with GCM for 6 years. Having over 30 years of experience in the construction industry Russ has a skilled talent for estimating projects realistically. He has worked on projects in the commercial industry that have ranged from $50,000-$20 Million in size. His attention to detail and effective communication with our clients make him an asset to our team.
Project Manager
Kyle brings 12 years of experience in the architectural and construction industry. His strong foundation in drafting and design, has lead him to work on projects nationwide during his first eight years. Leveraging his architectural expertise on the construction side he emphasizes quality control and quality assurance to guarantee design precision and project execution excellence.
Director of Office Management
Angie has been with GCM for 9 years ensuring the office runs smoothly by managing the company financials, helping with hiring new staff, and assisting with onboarding of new employees. Over the years, she has become a central point of support for both leadership and team members, known for her attention to detail, organizational skills, and approachable nature.
Administrative Specialist
Alana has been with the company since 2023, supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. Her responsibilities include managing paperwork, billing, and administrative processes, as well as assisting with training and team development to keep projects running efficiently.
Senior Job Supervisor
Jason has been with GCM for 10 years. Starting as a laborer Jason has worked to his position by effectively meeting company goals. He monitors performance and delegates task but still travels out to job sites to ensure quality work and resolving issues.
Service Manager
Rich has worked with GCM for over 4 years. He brings 30 years of experience in the service industry, and strives for customer satisfaction with everything he works on. Rich oversees the service department in all aspects of the operation.
Senior Service Technician
Steve has been with GCM for two years. His years of experience as a service technician make him responsible for diagnosing complex issues, ensuring high-quality repairs, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Director of Sales & Marketing
Blake has just recently began with GCM this year. His 8 years of sales experience allows him to acquire new leads for GCM confidently as well as open up networking possibilities as he attends our association events. His background in marketing will also help bring new ideas to our social platforms.
Site Superintendent
Zach is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our construction project sites. He ensures that our work is done safely, on time, and within the budget. He is in constant coordination with our subcontractors and suppliers and ensures any project is built to the highest of standards.
Development Project Manager
Cody has been with the company since the start of 2025. His 30 years of experience with Earthwork, utilities and operating heavy equipment make him an excellent addition to the team. He's responsible for finding resolutions to earthbound issues.
