Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream Shop that creates the freshest ice cream by super cooling the highest ingredients. GCM built the Subzero in the Eden Prairie Center in 2013.

Restaurant that serves burgers, warps & salads. Their specialty was chicken wings that range from mild to extra hot. GCM constructed the Bullchicks in 2014. 

Fast Food Restaurant famous for its Southern-style fried chicken, chicken sandwiches and other chicken based items. Known for its secret blend of 11 herbs and spices. We've worked on multiple locations. GCM worked on 7 KFC locations all of them were remodels.

Restaurant with a local neighborhood environment that serves great burgers and offers an all day happy hour. In 2016 GCM worked on a refresh project for the bar and grille.

Restaurant that is family owned and takes pride in serving the freshest Thai food made to order. In 2016 GCM worked on a kitchen and front of house remodel for Hong Thai.

A nostalgic burger joint that creates great quality burgers in a ton of varieties. They even feature a Burger of the Month! GCM was approached by My Burger in 2016 and 2017 to construct a build out and do a refresh at a couple locations.

 A great whiskey Bar that was built in Minneapolis's North Loop that offered an extensive whiskey selection and Southern-inspired meals. In 2017 GCM did the build out for this whisky bar.

A dessert shop that creates mouthwatering cakes that satisfy your sweet tooth. They use luxurious cocoa in their chocolate cakes and everything is made with high-quality ingredients. This was another build out in 2017 by GCM Construction.

A global pizza chain restaurant that specializes in pizza delivery and carryout. Offering a variety of specialty pizzas with customizable options. In 2017 GCM worked on a refresh look for Papa Johns and in 2018 built a new store for them.

An elevated restaurant that serves craft libations that uses fresh domestic and imported ingredients. They design their restaurant to feel rustic and natural.  In 2018  GCM did a restaurant design for Brick and Bourbon and then followed up with the demolition work as well.

Relaxing, family friendly restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner . In 2018 GCM worked on a variety of renovations for Embers.

A specialty pizzeria that crafts artisan pizza baked in brick ovens. In 2018 GCM worked on a build out of Firenza's entire pizzeria in Plymouth, MN.
