Royal Foundry Craft Spirits is housed in a 15,000 square foot facility that was transformed into a large cocktail room and distillery as well as a 2,500 square foot barrel room located in Minneapolis, MN.

GCM Construction was the commercial restaurant contractor for this project, with a scope of work ranging from  production space, cocktail room and kitchen spaces, complex HVAC, fire suppression and boiler and still set-up.
