GCM Construction was the commercial contractor for Invictus Brewing Company located in Blaine, MN. This was a complete ground up construction of a 8,474 square foot brewery.  

The project began with excavating the site in the fall of 2017.  The building was constructed with (SIPS) structurally insulated panels and was paired with a high efficiency HVAC system in an effort to create a sustainable and highly efficient building. 

The main tap room is made to seat 200 patrons and an additional event room will accommodate 50 patrons. Located within the building is Tipsy Steer a full kitchen that was also built out by GCM in unison with the Brewery Project. 

The decor in the brewery as well as the restaurant has a Midwestern feel with up-cycled barn wood panels on two walls, rustic lighting, and polished concrete floor. Located behind the bar are two garage door windows that open to the outdoor patio.
