GCM Construction was the general commercial contractor for  marketing agency DKY located in Bloomington, MN. 

This project consisted of remodeling and updating the entire 12,000 sq. ft. facility to a modern look by incorporating the DKY brand features, colors and "Ring True Partners" mantra.

To meet the client schedule and ensure the move in date would be met,  all materials and equipment were preordered with guaranteed delivery dates. The remodel had a tight timeline of only 6 weeks!

The entire DKY leadership and associates were thrilled and excited that their dreams and forever facility came true!
