GCM Construction was the general commercial contractor to do a specialty kitchen remodel for Delta Tau Delta located in Minneapolis, MN.  

This was a complete remodel existing commercial kitchen.

Design build project including new appliances, hood, make up air unit, new finishes through out. 

Project was designed / required to meet University of MN Greek Letter Chapter House Historic District Design Guidelines.
