Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Blaine, General Contractors of Minnesota quickly evolved into a full-service Minnesota commercial contractor. Since then, GCM has built and managed a wide range of projects, including medical spaces, professional offices, educational facilities, recreational spaces, churches, restaurants, financial institutions, industrial projects, and other specialty commercial environments.

Greg started GCM in 2005 with the goal of building a respected commercial construction company. Today, he leads GCM as President, overseeing accounting, finances, and the office team while drawing on more than 20 years of commercial construction experience.

Since joining GCM in 2018, Doug has helped keep daily operations running smoothly. With more than 30 years in construction management, he leads field operations, job costing, contracts, scheduling, code compliance, inspections, and safety standards.

With more than 30 years of construction experience, Russ brings a careful and realistic approach to estimating. During his time with GCM, he has estimated commercial projects ranging from $50,000 to $20 million, with strong attention to detail and clear client communication.
